Communication is the key – tell us what you need the translation for and we can respond appropriately – we are flexible, efficient, confidential, competitive and reliable.
Think time – we can assess the time a translation will take and will make every effort to accommodate your requirements. Time for reflection, consultation, terminology, research and revision. Plan ahead – we can work according to your requirements to get the right result.
Think delivery – email or hard copy in your preferred software format.
Think quality – to ensure consistency of terminology we will always aim to use translators previously assigned to undertake your work. For further information about our quality control click here.
Think production – we offer a comprehensive multi-lingual service with full technical support – the complete English and foreign language pre-press service. Please think about original software format – we can cater for any software format with the simplest and most cost effective method being supply of a word file for overwriting by the translator. Please supply any material that is relevant to the translation required. Follow the link for more information about production.
Think purpose – information, publication, advertising, legal, contractual. If a translation is intended for publication we will always suggest a secondary proofreading service and if appropriate that the document is checked by a qualified third party or overseas agent. Translations intended for marketing/advertising purposes require particular attention. If the translation if for legal purposes we always emphasise that the original document is the basis for any final interpretation. Our standard terms and conditions apply.
Think pricing – our pricing structure is based on language combination, number of words, speed and technical complexity. All rates are based on a thousand words and subject to VAT at the appropriate rate. Minimum charge applies to 200 words or less. Discounts may apply to long term or large volume work. Supplements based on an hourly rate may be made for translations involving special priority, unclear or non-continuous text or copywriting.
